School has only been in session for a few short weeks and we are already in the swing of things.
Over the summer the Gay and Lesbian Organization @ UNO was proud to be a part of the largest PRIDE in Omaha Histroy! We had a large group march with us in the parade and received the Runner-Up for the Best Walking Group award!
As school begins we are busy preparing for the quickly approaching National Coming Out Week. GALO will be sponsoring a National Coming Out Day Rally on campus at 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM on Friday, October 11th. We invite all of you attend and participate. Bring signs, be vocal!

Our very own faculty advisor, Dr. Wally Bacon, hosted a Back-to-School party on Sunday, September 15th. The food and company was wonderful! Thanks to Wally and Lynn Bacon for such a great event!
