About me:
I'm 14yrs old and live in Wisconsin. I love to skateboard in the summer and snowboard in the winter.
I help out on a farm with beef cattle, flyfish, hunt, eat, listen to music, cook, do crafts, and build with lego's. I'm Homeschooled and that's really cool. I also like to do stuff on the computer. I know more then most 14 yr old's :-) My favorite subject is Science. My least favorite is Math. Everything else is in between.
I like to hang out with my friends when I can, Heather, Ethan, Matt, Gary, Jesse, Amber, Channing, Brenna, Justin, LeeAnn , Jake, Matt, Julie, and most of all the coolest people I know, Richard and Gail and their family.

My newest sport is Turkey Hunting. I just started last Spring and I got 2 tags for one week and that doesn't happen too often. I was hunting with the coolest person I know. We were out hunting and we could hear the turkey's gobbling, but I couldn't shoot. We were calling one in but it was too far away to shoot. Well, it happened like that for about 4 days. Finally all mad and tired from no action, I said "I'm gonna get one out of the tree" and the guy I was hunting with said, "you probably aren't gonna get one out of the tree." When we got out there, I heard them gobbling. We walked as quiet as we could to where they were. The one we saw I could have shot, but he flew away and I was disappointed. The guy I was hunting with said, "Cory, shoot at that one, shoot quick. I raised my gun, aimed and shot. Next thing you know, he's falling down from the tree and he started flopping like crazy. I didn't know they did that. I had my gun raised and reloaded. I was gonna shoot it again and he told me not to. He said, "ya gotta stand on his head", so I go to it and I couldn't. He was flopping like crazy so the guy I was hunting with stepped on his head and next thing you know, I was carrying the 9inch bearded, 3/4 inch spurred Tom Turkey to the truck to get registered nearby. Come to find out later, he was gonna bet $20.00 that I couldn't get one out of the tree, but "boy, O, boy", did I prove people wrong! I could have had an easy $20.00. But I was happy I got one and I think the guy I was hunting with was happy too.
A guy I know went turkey hunting in the fall and it was the last day when he saw some turkeys. He followed them as they were going towards his truck. He gets over there, and there's ton's of turkeys, so he aim's at one and shoots and turkeys are flying all over. He runs over and there's 4 turkeys laying on the ground.He left one there because it was shot to bad. But he had to carry 3 turkeys to his truck and then package them in stuff till 10:30 at night.

Ollie
With both your feet on the board, lift up the heel of your back foot so your weight is on the ball of your foot and your toes. That part of your foot should be centered at the tip of the tail. Your front foot should be about 2/3 of the way up the board, angled slightly forward. Your toes should be near the toe edge of the board and, depending on shoe size, your heel may be hanging off of the heel edge. Smack the tail to the ground with your back foot and jump off of that back foot--getting the timing down is probably the hardest part. As you jump, your front foot slides up to your nose, pulling the board into the air. At the peak of your ollie, level out your board, then wait for the landing. Always land with your knees bent. When ollieing a gap, try not to think about clearing it; instead, think about popping a nice big ollie. The hardest part about ollieing most gaps is getting in the committed mindset. When you're in the air, spot your landing and keep those shoes on that grip tape until you roll away.
Kickflip
Set up your feet in the ollie position. Your front foot, though, should be adjusted back towards the heel edge a bit and your toes (or rather the front of your shoe) should be just behind the centermost mounting bolts of the front truck. Do an ollie, but rather than only sliding your front foot upward and forward, you must also slide your foot (again, probably your shoe) to the heel side enough to start your board in a spin. This action requires you to actually kick your front foot off of your board; the last point of contact between the front of your shoe and the board should be in that little concaved dip just before the nose. The spinning board then hovers for a second between your sprawling legs. When you see the grip again, stop the rotation with your back foot, then put that front foot back on, right on top of them bolts, and land.
