Puerto Roc Wise was born in Puerto Rico and later his family moved to Newark, New Jersey. Growing up, this young man had the opportunity to get caught up in the wrong life styles. He managed to prevail over that through music. Rapping was a way he learned to project the harshness of his life through his music to allow the world to see just what he overcame.
