1)well some peeps get in to it by jumpin right in to it but i get into it by goin on my fore arm the liftin up my forearm. you decided wuts better for u. 2) ok once u r on you l-bow your wut u need to do is ( once you can hold it for 4 seconds) is take one leg and keep it stright then take your other leg and bend it at the knee to any amout the more the better. then take your free hand and do some thin wit it some thin cool like take your hat off peace
