ARM WAVE Start with both arms stretched out to the side with elbows slightly bent. Raise your right fingers and only bend your wrist. put your fingers back to where they were before and raise your wrist at the same time. When your wrist goes down move your elbow so it points up. Your palm should be pointing down to the floor. Now raise your right shoulder(it should come up naturally, and if it does, MAKE SURE THAT YOU KEEP YOUR LEFT SHOULDER DOWN!) and lower it. When u lower it, make your left shoulder go up at the same time. Now raise your elbow so there is a straight line between your elbow and your shoulder. Now lower your elbow and shoulder and make your wrist go up. Then lower the wrist and raise your fingers. Then start all over with right being left and left being right.
