ok a flat air is like a air frezze but your facing side ways. ok well it would be like a cartwheel just get in a hand stand and left one hand to the side of u then all the way up and there it is. if you still dont get it watch the video by christina agularea come on over baby. and yea get it ok well this is mainly type of air frezze so now that you hopefully figured out the hand part and have the other hand in the air you need to put your legs togeather so that your intier boddy is flat
