Gainer Guide; (Note:read backflip guide before this)..for a gainer..you have to get a GOOD run and speed for it..a gainer is basically a backflip going forward...get a GOOD jump...just like in the backflip..you CANT be lazy with your jump...and in this you have to swing your head back even harder because your going against your speed with this...practice on something soft when learning.....Peace All
