Jay-Z is set to drop another album hot enuff to cook all the beef in New York. It appears Jovah has mad ni@@as doggin him on wax. From former Def Jam fam member Jayo Felony to Mobb Deep's Prodigy. It Appears that on "Trued Up," Jayo indirectly disses Jay-Z, referencing, among other things, the Roc-A-Fella CEO's line "Is he a Blood, is he a Crip?" from "Streets Is Watching." While Prodigy throws dem bows at Jay-Z on "Mobb N---az." Even the late Tupac hit'im where it hurts on "F--K Friends" off his latest. Jay-Z, hot as hell, blazed thru nine tracs in two days. The streetz will be watching.

Jay-Z Seeks Blockage
Jay-Z runs to label boss for help. According to Jayo, "Jay-Z snitched to [Def Jam head Lyor Cohen] and tried to keep the song from being put out. We got calls from Lyor and everybody about not putting this record out. I feel like this: If we're on the streets, keep it on the streets. Don't go to the higher-ups." Henchmen Entertainment CEO Jimmy Henchmen supported the rapper's claims, saying he was pressured to take the song off the album. The album is being distributed through Motown, a sister company to Def Jam in the Universal Music Group family tree.

Jay_Z Snitched On Us
"It's like [Jay-Z] called the police on me," Henchmen said. "I couldn't understand why he felt so strong about the record. Rap was built on dis records. He dissed n---as on records before, talking about [how] he's 'the one' and all this. He can't feel he's untouchable." The company sent out a press release early last week detailing Henchmen's alleged plight, saying Jay-Z was trying to use his influence to impede the song's release. Felony said one of the factors that inspired him to write the record was what he considered to be Jay's "disrespect for the West." Jay-Z was unavailable for comment.

True'd Up
"True'd Up" starts with Jayo rhyming in a cadence similar to Jay-Z's at the beginning of "Parking Lot Pimpin'." He then references Jigga's "Streets Is Talking": "Talkin' about, 'Is he a Blood or is he a Crip?!'/ N---a I'll sock that f----t in his big-ass lips" He goes on to say, "And the only 'J' I know is Bullet Loco/ N---a! J-A-Y-O, fa sho', F-E-L-O, N-Y see me ... then die." Jayo warns, "It's some thirsty-ass sharks out here, but you know well/ They schooled ya like, 'Don't go pass that Fat Burgers on La Cienega/ Them n---az'll jack you, ya bitch too, bodyguard and manager."

Jay-Z Hit Wit Probation
After numerous reschedules Jay z finally faced the music for the alleged stabbing of Record Exec Lance "Un" Rivera. As part of a plea bargaining agreement, Jova will do probation unstead of jail time. The rapper had previouly said he was innocent of all charges. Meanwhile "The Blueprint," dropped and as expected Jigga Man dropped bombs on both Mobb Deep and one time friend Nasir Jones aka NAS. Nas came back blazing both barrels on his latest opus, "Stillmatic". Most industry insiders including myself believe the beef is just really good marketing.
