SLIM SHADY Da YEAR IN REVIEW It's been a phat year for Slim Shady selling close to 10 million Albums worldwide. Whew dat's some serious cheddar. He rocked the MTV music awards. Blazed shit up on the Up In Smoke Tour. He was arrested for beating his then and now ex-wife Kim's friend with an unloaded gun when he spotted to the two exchanging slob outside a Michigan night club. His mother sued him for ten million. Didn't his grandmother sue for 10 million also? Continued... |
SLIM SHADY Da YEAR IN REVIEW Pt. 2 His ex-wife Kim also sued him for defamation among other things for her protrayal in his songs and videos. She attempted suicide by cutting her wrist. Divorced Slim Shady with the quickness. Eminem agreed to do a flick wasn't happy it and wanted his scenes cut. Yeah like that's gonna happen. Started a nu label and signed his homies D-12. First single "Shit On You" stinks. |

THE FANS HAVE EM'S BACK Everlast fans vs. Eminem fans: people jus' be trippin' over Eminem. When Everlast performed in Detroit on Friday, several Eminem fans decided they had to represent for Eminem (After all, Em weighs, like 98 pounds with a gun in his pocket). Anyway, Em fans jumped on stage and started a brawl with Everlast fans who apparently dissed Eminem. Three people were sent to the hospital with minor injuries and no arrests were made. |
VERBAL SHOTS FIRED AT EMINEM Death Row takes aim: On the recently released single "F**K Hollywood," from the Death Row compilation "Too Gangsta For Radio," Death Row mc Tha Realest fired the first shots of a growing Death Row celebrity diss campaign. Death Row label boss Suge Knight, currently serving out a prison term for violating probation, has previously warned that Eminem "better be careful" when shouting his mouth off. |
Em and Kim iz FinishedIt's on again, it's off again. The world of hip-hop has blurred with the world of movie stars yet again. Two months after rapper Eminem and wife, Kim Mathers, agreed to reconcile after talk of divorce, Mrs. Mathers is headed back to file again. Last December, she and the Grammy-winning artist decided to work it out and she subsequently dropped her $10 million suit against Em. The two have been married since June 1999. |
Eminem Pleads...![]() EMINEM bargained with prosecutors by pleading guilty to one of two felony charges he was facing from an incident last June when he allegedly gun-whipped a man he caught kissing his wife. Prosecutors in the case dropped the felony assault charge in exchange for Em's guilty plea on carrying a concealed weapon. Marshall Mathers "The Beave" could face up to 60 months in jail, but since this is his first offense, prosecutors believe probation is much more likely. Sentencing is set for April 10. |
