DMX Has Jailhouse Blues
DMX recently served his 15-day sentence after turning himself in after his appeal for a stay of sentence was denied. DMX was on lockdown at the Erie County Correctional Facility in Alden, NY. His lawyer said DMX did the right thing putting this matter behind him as soon as possible. (If I was DMX, I would fire that fool.) A stay would have kept DMX outta jail instead he served 10 days with time off for good acting or in DMX's case bad acting. Sorry couldn't help it.

DMX Flips OZ Style
DMX's stay in da county lockdown wasn't without drama. He was set to be released after serving just 10 days of a 15 day sentence when according to reports he threw his food tray bruising a deputy. This resulted in DMX serving fo' mo' days. DMX was arraigned on a charge of felony assault of a corrections officer and ordered to return to court March 27. His attorneys say he denies the assault, though the prison super
said he'd been written up four times already.

No Nuz Is Good Nuz
Or so the saying goes and for DMX it may well prove true. He just completed serving 15 days for driving without a license, but it appears he turned himself in two weeks after he was suppose to and as a result he was charge with contempt of court. By all accounts this charge should be dropped since he did turn himself in, but with a pending Felony assault charge stemming from that recent jail stint who knows.

How Da Hell?..
All this recent DMX jailhouse drama stems from
a traffic violation last year when the rapper was pulled
over for driving without a license for the fifth time. Five Y'all! Dayum, son get a limo or one of ya dogs to drive. And we won't mention the little fender bender he had while cruising one afternoon. The victim in the case said, DMX verbally assaulted her and refused to pay for the damages.
