General Rulez apply to all present and future contest. Exceptions are noted in the individual contest descriptions. By entering any contest at NDAMIXX either directly or indirectly you are acknowledging that you have read and understand these General Rulez.
Only one entry per contest per person except as noted. All entries must be received by the deadline date as noted in the individual contest descriptions. The staff of NDAMIXX will be the judges, and their decision is final. By entering a contest you agree that NDAMIXX, and the other contest sponsors may use your name and competition entry for promotional purposes without further payment. All prizes will be awarded and no minimum number of entries is required. Prizes won by minors will be awarded to their parents or legal guardians. NDAMIXX is not responsible for damages or expenses that the winners might incur as a result of the contest or the receipt of a prize, and winners are responsible for income taxes based on the value of the prize received.
A list of winners may also be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to NDAMIXX, Attention Winners List, P. O. Box 25356, Fayetteville, NC 28314. Contests are limited to residents of the United States. No purchase is necessary; void in Arizona, Maryland, Vermont, Pueto Rico, and where prohibited by law.
