How to do them
Kip-up Lay flat on the ground and bring your knees to your face put you hands behind you and kick push up with your hands and land on your feet it is all about Timing
- get on one knee and spin on it not to difficult
- One of my faves it looks good if you add foot work trow your strongest hand down and put your feet in the air and make a L then hold it for a couple of seconds
- this move is hard. go into a headstand split your legs open and twist in an oposite direction of the spin and kick if you get one rotation kick again you your hands for balnce and for speed good luck with this one
- one of the basic moves you should learn sit down make sure you can spin useing a wind breaker suit. move your right leg to the side and kinda behind you then kick to the front and roll to your back make sure to be compact or you will not spin long
- this move is ill and somewhat easy go on to hands with your feet on the ground the lift your feet and spin on one hand it looks nice if after you get speed to hold it on one hand
- mad ill squat down and have your hands ready to catch your self kick up with any one of your legs and then trust foward to after the kick do more than one
- my move that i hope i ivented (i see nothing on it so) go into a backbridge and kick up behind you and land in a push up postion kick back to the back bridge repeat
- Not much to say here just hand movements to the beat of the music but you must make it look nice
- this is also a basic move hop forward on your right leg then hop back on your left leg hop back on your right leg and put it somewhat behind your left move your left behind it repeat and have fun with it
- NEW MOVES
- this one is hard squat down and jump off your toes and land on your hands then throw your legs down real hard and land on your feet repeat
- this very difficult have one strong person and a farely light person for this move have the strong guy cup his hands while the light person puts his foot (does not matter) into the guys hands then throw the light guy into the air and he back flips and lands on his feet
