This is the fanart section. The rules for fanart submission are thus: just attach it to an e-mail and send it to me through my Inky Phone link, and give it a title unless you want me to make one up. That's about all, which is why fanart submission guidelines don't get their own separate page. It need not have Hiei in it, although that's always a plus.
