INVISION was an early pioneer in the development of public Web sites. Back in the early 1990's these sites were primarily used as sales tools. The primary metric for measuring success was the volume of traffic coming to the Website. Over time, the information value of the public Website was extended internally within the enterprise (Intranet) and externally to business partners (Extranet), with other metrics, such as return on information becoming a more prominent value metric.

A key element to success is the ability to methodically integrate all aspects of Web design, including requirements analysis, planning, creative design/graphics, multimedia design, and programming. All this of course, needs skillful project management to ensure the project is completed on time and on budget. Finally, on-going customer support ensures a comprehensive customer solution.
