This is a pretty easy move, easier then turtles. It's very easy to do one on your first try. I may take a matter of hours or maybe even minutes to get this move down.

Step One - Get in the turtle position: put both elbows in your stomach, and support yourself horizontally on the ground with both hands holding you up. Learning this move makes it easier to do turtles.

Step Two - Practice holding that position until you can hold for about 10 seconds.

Step Three - Now get back in the turtle position, and bend your legs a little. Have them fairly spread apart.

Step Four - Now push up with your hands, and at the same time kick up your legs. This should bring hands and body off the ground.

Step Five - Land back in the turtle position and repeat as many times as you can.

After you master doing crickets a couple times, try jumping foward and back. Then you can try jumping in circles. Or you can try jumping into crickets from a standing position.
