Backspins are one of the easiest moves. It looks crappy by itself, so don't just do it starting from the position that I describe. Instead
flow them out of another move like a windmill.

This is for going clockwise. For counter-clockwise change left to right, etc. Step One - First sit down on the floor. The move you right leg so it's at a 90 degree angle resting on the floor. Have your left leg out in front of you, ready to swing. You should be resting on your right elbow, too.Step Two - If you are doing it correctly, you should be resting on your right thigh, with your right leg still at a 90 degree angle, and resting on your right elbow. Your left leg should be out in front of you. Step Three - NOw swing your left leg foward. At the same time start to bring you right leg up with your left leg. Step Four - The momentum from that swing should have brought you spinning on your upper back. Thats it. Try to do this flowing out of windmills. To give you an example of how to start this move, check out this clip: And here's a clip of someone doing windmills to backspin | |||
