Our beginning was sorta scary, our departure was sad but, it’s the middle that counted. We got to know each other better, and got to be the best of friends. We had no idea how long we would be friends, but we made the best of the time that we shaded. We shared hard times, said times, happy times, and new times. We may have a lot or a little distance between us but, you and I both know that that doesn’t stop friends. I know that you will always be there for me and I will be here when ever you need me. So call write, email or page me I am here! We have a long way ahead of us. But, please don’t forget me cause I will never forget you!

~My Heart~

My heart is hidden like
a create that is forbidden.
It has a desire to be touched in
a way that it ends up being crushed.
So now I lock away the key until a
love so pure can find the key and set it free.

Last night,
when i should be asleep,
Into my heart,
you quietly creep,
I sit and ponder,
How it could be,
But you must have stupbled,
Across the key,
I know our friendship,
Could be so much more,
But it's up to you to open the door.

~With honor~

If I have to be your best friend,
if that’s all I can get then I’ll take the
job with honor I will be the best one yet.
I’ll offer my shoulder I’ll show you how I
can I’ll be there when you need me I am not
going anywhere. If I have to be your best friend
the one who hears you cry then I will take the job
with honor I will take the job with pride. My
love for you is stronger then you will ever know.
But for you to ever love me, I will have to let you go.
You need time to find your purpose you need time to
sort your thoughts, but when the course has ended and
the race is finally run, remember it’s your best friend
who has loved you from day one.


~The Letter I will Never send~

The letter I'll send would calmly ask,
why you broke my heart in two,
and told my love good-bye.
If I ever sent this letter it would sweetly state,
you tangled up your destiny and interrupted fate.
The letter I will not write would casually inquire
how can you live without me I was your one desire.
If you receive this letter it would politely say
you need me in you life and you can’t go on this way.
The letter I will never send would be briskly signed
“ your one and only love” you know the one you left behind!

~Scared~

I have a wall up, i wont let you in.
I am to scared of getting hurt again.
You ask for a peek I say not even a squeak!
I slap you once and you stair again.
I show you the path to my heart and
insted you part away from me.
It makes me want to cry but i dare not sigh.
For I have learned, never lye where there
is no place to die.

~Played~

Every time I close my eyes,
I think of you and all your lies,
you played me from the start,
took advantage and broke my heart.
You never ment a word you said,
and you just messed around with my head,
you hurt me in the srtongest way,
and in my heart this pain will stay.
At first I thought this was ment to be,
but all it's been is misery,
for this hurt there is no cure,
for this hurt I must endure.

~A Favor~

I want to say that i am over you,
that you are no longer in my heart,
But every time I see your face,
all my defenses just fall apart.
I tried to hide the pain I felt
I tried not to cry,
so every time i saw you near,
I'd just walk quickley by.
But soon it made things even worse,
my heart ached even more obviously,
this didn't bother you,
what was I hangeing around for?
Who knows about these other chances?
Who knows what I may lose?
No one can say weather I'll find love
or if my heart will be abused.
But I know what my heart wants,
and I know what my dreams are made of Dont see,
all i've ever wished for,
was the day you'd give me your love?
So please do not ignore me,
when i say this is all true,
Please just do me this one favor,
because I know that I Love You!

*~Foot Prints~* ( One of my Favorite poems)

One night a man had a dream.
He dreamed that he was walking along the beach with the lord.
Across the sky flashed scenes from his life.
For each scene he noticed two sets of foot prints
in the sand: One belonged to him and the other to the lord.
when the last scene of his life flashed befor him
he looked back at the foot prints in the sand.
he noticed that many times along the pain
of his life there was only one set of foot prints
he noticed that it happend at the very lowest
and saddest times of his life.
This really bothered him and he questioned the lord about it.
"Lord you said that once I decided to follow you,
you would walk with me all the way.
But I have noticed that during the most troublesome time in my life
there is only one set of foot prints.
I dont understand, why when I needed you most you would leave me."
The Lord replied, " My son, My precious child,
I love you and I would never leave you during you times of trial
and suffering when you see only one set of footprints
it was then that I carried you."

~Alone~

Lying thinking, Last night, How to find my soul a homewhere
water is not thirsty and bread loaf is not stone.
I came up with one thing and I don’t believe I am wrong,
that nobody but nobody can make it out here alone.
Alone… all alone, nobody but nobody can make it out here alone.
There are some millionaires with money they can’t use,
their wives run around like banshees, and their children sing the blues.
They’ve got expensive doctors to cure their hearts of stone.
But nobody but nobody can make it out here alone.
Now if you listen closely I’ll tell you what I know.
Storm clouds gather, the wind is gonna blow, the race of man is suffering,
and I can hear them moan. Cause nobody but nobody can make it out here alone.
Alone all alone nobody but nobody can make it out here alone.
