Puerto de la Duquesa
La Duquesa is in the township of Manilva midway between Marbella and Gibraltar. It is about 10km south west of the well known seaside resort of Estepona on the N340 highway, the 'Carretera', 5 minutes from the golfing paradise of Sotogrande and just under and hour's easy drive from Malaga airport. It is a small seaside town with a lively port area around the marina with a great selection of shops, bars and restaurants. As well as exploring the many sights of the Costa del Sol, there are many beautiful places to visit in Andalucia either independently or with guided day trips available from the town.

We also describe the surrounding area and day trips you can do while you are visiting. We have details about some of the many golf courses you can play including the local Duquesa course which is 400m away.

Puerto de la Duquesa
Duquesa's golf and country club is a championship 18 hole Robert Trent Jones course. It is 400m away and overlooks the Mediterranean with views out to North Africa and Gibraltar. Costa del Sol is sometimes referred to as the Costa del Golf. There are plenty of other top quality courses within a 30 minute drive of La Duquesa; recommended courses are on our golf webpage.
