We are a small homebased kennel.
All or our breeding stock is health checked prior to breeding.
All of our puppies are purebred Rottweilers, with CKC and/or AKC registered parents.
We guarantee that all of our puppies are in good health at the time of purchase.
All puppies will have:
* tails and dew claws removed
* be vaccinated
* de-wormed 3x
* microchipped
* CKC registered
* vet checked
* a Non-Breeding Agreement
* a written health guarantee
and have a solid socialization foundation before they leave for their new homes.
Our puppies are whelped inside our home, not outside in a kennel building, and they will spend the first 8 weeks of their lives in our home with our family.
Each member of our family including our 5 year old daughter will handle them on a daily basis.
We believe this gives our puppies a great start at growing up to be well mannered, well socialized adults.
We will provide continued support to our puppy buyers troughout the life of the Rottweiler.
HOW TO GET A SPIRITSDEN PUPPY:
I don't have a years long waitinglist with 30-40 people on it. I like to keep it reasonable so I work a little different.
You might be asked to fill out a questionnaire.
After 30 days of the breeding my female will get an ultrasound to see if she is pregnant. If so, anyone that calls or emails me will get a place on the waitinglist if they want.
After the delivery and all the pups are on the floor I will start making calls, starting on the top, to see if the people on the list still want a puppy.
We will set up a date to have you come over to our home so we can meet each other.
While having some coffee and a piece of real Dutch applepie or cake, you will meet all our dogs, I will show you all the papers, certificates, ribbons and pictures and we will talk "dogs".
If you decide that you would like to have a puppy from us I would like to get a deposit in cash or a certified cheque. This way there will be a puppy waiting for you and I know I have a serious buyer for my puppies.
When you pick up your new puppy, you will get a little package with info, a towel with the smell of the litter and mom so that will help your new puppy having it a little easier during the first few lonely nights. Some food for a few days. And the signed contract and guarantee.
I also like to make a picture from you and your new family member and put that on this website.
As soon as your vet has spayed/neutered your pup and I get all the papers from the CKC I will contact you again to set up a date to have me over to your place, I will deliver your puppies papers in person (depending where you live of course)
This way you can ask me any questions and I can see your happy and healthy puppy.
