This is the middle and main page. Put what you want to go on this page in the page called middle.html
It's all squished, but when you add some css it'll get better. I made the backgrounds different so you could see where the frames are. Right now, the font is Arial. You can change it to whatever you want, but make sure you change all the pages: left, right, and middle [dot] html
Right-click and "Save target as..." to save these files to get the pages:
