The Beginning
Hermes and Keila met on a warm early July night in Austin, Texas. As Hermes' friends planned to go to the movies, he remembered a mysterious maiden he had spoken with a few times over email through a University of Texas singles website. "What ever happened to that girl? I gave her my phone number, and she hasn't called back." Later the same day his cell phone rang. Who could it be? None other than that beautiful boriqua who wanted to know more about him. It struck Hermes that perhaps he should invite her to the movies, but was it too soon?? Would she turn him down? He took the chance, and what a great thing that was...

The Story Continues...
Now over two years later they are preparing to be wed on November the twenty-third of two-thousand and two. They both have great jobs in their area of interest and after a long struggle of finacial worries, God has given them a answer. They have pulled through some of the toughest times they will ever go through, including living in different cities for several months during a critical time in the relationship, but their faith in God pulled them through.
Now they are more in love than ever. Happier than they have ever been in their entire lives, they are anxious to be united in Christ and spend eternity together...more to come as they take on this journey full of peaks and valleys, knowing that no matter what, they will always have each other to depend on.
On December 20, 2002, Hermes and Keila moved into their apartment at AMLI Upperwestside. This move went great for them because the commute is a lot better now. The apartment is very nice and they are having a great time decorating it.

In December of 2003 we decided to downgrade to smaller apt. because we did not need two bedrooms. We decided on some great Apts. next to a beautiful running trail on Hulen St. We are very happy here and we are also saving money. We will put pictures up soon.

New House!!!!
Well now that we are expecting Julian we will need more room. We searched for about a month and we decided on a very nice doll-like house. This house was built in 1945 and has beautiful hardwood floors with a nice size backyard. We will have so much fun decorating our own house. Stay tuned for more information.

Baby News!!!!
Yea! Yea! Yea! Yea! Yea! IT's A BOY!!!woa, getting dizzy....
Another great annoucement is that we found out that Keila is pregnant!!!!Yea, we are having a Baby!!!! She is doing well and learning what she has to do to have a healthy pregnancy. I know she will be a great mother and I am getting ready too. We will keep you updated on baby news! OH, and we decided the baby's name will be Julian Gabriel Gonzalez.

We were fortunate to go to California for a week because Keila had to go for business. We enjoyed ourselves very much

We were fortunate to go to Puerto Rico for a week because we found a great round trip fare of $196-yea!!!- plus we wanted to go before Keila gave birth. I know will enjoy ourselves very much especially since it is Hermes' first time to visit Puerto Rico. Soon we will post pictures of this exciting trip.
