Welcome to my Low Carb home on the web! I started doing Atkins in September 2001 and after three months I lost 25 pounds. I went off the program during the holidays and didn't go back on it seriously until November 2003. In that time I had tried several weight loss programs but ultimately gained back most of the weight I had lost. I finally decided to return to what works: Atkins. I created this web site as a living diary of my experience to motivate myself and others. See My Transformation!

My Low Carb Tips!
  • Drink at least 64 ounces of water every day
  • Find a good support system
  • Keep a food diary
  • Don't beat yourself up if you cheat, just get right back on the program
  • Take your measurements! Sometimes the scale doesn't move, but you may be losing inches
  • Don't obsess with the scale - only weigh once a week
