Mix cake mix, oil and eggs.
Press 3/4 mixture in 9x13 greased pan
Melt chocolate chips, Eagle brand milk and butter in microwave. (1 min more or less)
Stir til smooth and pour into pan over cake mix.
Drop remaining bits of cake mix on top of chocolate mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min or until golden brown.
