My Oliver Review

I first heard about Oliver in October and straight away I knew I wanted to see. Having not been familiar with the story of Oliver, I was attracted to see Mathew Waters, who plays Bronson in Round the Twist, playing the Artful Dodger. I asked my dad and he said we could see it and everything was well. Days went by and we still hadn't brought it, she had brought Cabaret tickets instead as she wanted to see that more. I was disappointed, but I didn't stop there I kept nagging to go to Oliver.
I nagged for three months and then my dad agreed and we brought the tickets for Oliver. I was excited and decided to visit the website about the musical and I noticed that, unlike before, Mathew wasn't listed as playing The Artful Dodger it was Ben Nicholas and Jared Daperis. I was disappointed once again and wasn't that enthusiastic to be going anymore.
The big day came and we took our seats. As soon as Jared came on I was mesmerized by his wonderful performance. He was absolutely fantastic, he could sing and dance with perfection. And his version of 'Consider Yourself' became my favourite song of the musical. It instantly became my favourite musical I have ever seen, and I have seen alot :)
So there's my story and that is why the website was made, to thank Jared for making me enjoy Oliver so so much.
