HOW TO ADD ANOTHER ROW OR COLUMN TO YOUR TABLE : - If you put your curser in the bottom right of your table and press Tab, this will give you a new row or row of boxes (cells) across the bottom. - Also if you put the cursor in your table and right mouse click you can select insert new row, insert new column, or split a box (cell) in 2 or 3 or 4! etc…
HOW TO DELETE A ROW:	HOW TO MERGE TWO CELLS (BOXES) Select 'modify' and 'merge cells'.
First hold your cursor to the left or top of a row of cells untill a little black arrow appears, and click to highlight the row of cells.
Click this tool to make your cell /box fit your text or picture. When you press Return or Enter hold the shift key down or you will always get double spacing. If ever your writing only goes halfway across a cell, right click select cell properties and in layout, specify width as 100%.
