Use a
blender to mix following together well:
-
a piece of fresh
ginger, about the size of a
large grape

a good tablespoon of honey
-
a half teaspoon of
dried turmeric
-
a half tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
-
a sprig
of thyme
-
2 or 3 sprinkles of
-
juice of a quarter of a lemon
-
a 1/2 cm of liquorice root and / or
two or three liquorice lollies! - 2 - 3 cups of water Then cook
on high for two minutes in the microwave
in a large covered bowl. Pour a
little into the bottom of a tall glass (vary
to taste) and add the following
before drinking:

warm water
-
or tap water
-
or sparkling mineral water and ice (it
actually makes a nice drink/ alcohol substitute
especially if you add some freshly - In your second batch, you could vary the ingredients to what suits your taste. Also you can take one or two garlic and horse radish tablets before breakfast and again before afternoon tea or dinner. |
