Our garage sale was quite a nightmare, yet we did have some fun as you see in the pictures. We worked on it for weeks! The night before the garage sale Janey Wilson, Michael Bolitho, Sarah Bolitho, Lisa Piercy, and Scott Robertson all went to Oklahoma city and ate out, went to the mall, and got 50 dozen Krispy Kream donuts! Then we all went home and slept at the church. Chris Piercy joined us and Scott went home. We went to Wal-mart at 1:00 am to get food and then went back and Chris and Michael worked for a long time trying to get this big TV we were selling (giving away *lol*) to work. To say the least they didn't get it to work. The rest of the night we were just hanging out and finishing up stuff. I think we got a few hours of sleep *lol*.
People started showing up at about 6:00-7:00 am; we were opening at 8:00 am. As we hurried to get ready people were knocking on the door and just not getting why we couldn't open. Which we couldn't because we weren't totally ready, we needed change and more of the youth. We made over a $1,000! I think we all had fun other than being very low on sleep! I do have to add we all said we will never do a garage sale again!
