Beware of These Telemarketing Calls!

Martin County Right to Life received a letter from Bopp, Coleson and Bostrom, Attorneys At Law in Terre Haute, Indiana. They are concerned about millions of dollars being raised from the pro-life community in the name of ELECT LIFE and PRO-LIFE CAMPAIGN COMMITTEE, most of which is paid to the telemarketer for fundraising costs. They have had occasional reports since 1999 about misrepresentations about National Right to Life Committee(NRLC) being made by the telemarketers. In general, they have been told that the telemarketer suggests that NRLC is only an educational organization, whereas Elect Life or Pro-life Campaign Committee lobby and support candidates. This is not true. Bopp, Coleson and Bostrom are asking that persons receiving telemarketing calls provide the following documentation in a report for their review.
