INGREDIENTS:
2 LARGE EGGS (WHITES ONLY)
1/8 TEASPOON CREAM OF TARTAR
2/3 CUPS SUGAR
1/2 CUP PEANUT BUTTER
INSTRUCTIONS:
IN A SMALL BOWL WITH MIXER AT HIGH SPEED BEAT EGG WHITES AND CREAM OF TARTAR UNTIL MIXTURE HOLDS STIFF PEAKS.
ADD SUGAR, ONE SPOONFUL AT A TIME, MIXING WELL BETWEEN EACH ADDITION.
BEAT UNTIL EXTREMELY STIFF.
LIGHTLY FOLD IN PEANUT BUTTER, JUST UNTIL MIXED.
DROP BY TEASPOONFUL ONTO A GREASED COOKIE SHEET.
BAKE AT 300* FOR 25 MINUTES OR UNTIL LIGHT BROWN.
REMOVE TO A WIRE RACK.
