Earth oven cooking, otherwise known as mumu in the pidgin language, which requires river stones to be heated up and placed with the greens(leafy vegetables),bananas, sweet potatoes, yams and the meat(in most cases pork)and all of that gets wrapped up by banana leaves and left to cook on its own.
