Knowing capacity is unknown but some how excels everytime and everyday with ease and excellents .He have succeeded in acomplishing the goals that he have set, (mmmm) "will" just some of them. His knowledge will always grow and flow through his mind, body, and soul. And of course both his brains (left and right).

--------Muscles ya! he got them.(HA! HA! HA! ya right!) If he Body builds right now he'll ease his own pain (ouch!) while seeing himself in the mirror. And others for that matter.

Summer is a perfect time to become the ultimate being and finally have that confidence everyone always wanted or he wanted. Excercise pays 'cuz everyone else will always see the exterior of you, "always" no matter what any one says to you and love ones will always want to get to know the interior of you as well as to look at your exterior. I found out two ways to love yourself more. So, don't despair if your not born perfect.
[First] 2 Be perfect you need to swallow android 17 and 18 to be the perfect being (or cell) or be smart, intelligent just study a little from now and then, or once in awhile, know - "what you don't understand", and no, this will not make you a nerd, but a very smart person. That everyone want's but rarely wants to admits to you.
The [second] is being active. I mean you have to excercise. No, you don't have to join the olympic, track team, or anything stranious, but only if you really want to. A little everyday and upper your level one step at a time. Then in time you'll become the perfect you with a piece of mind.(end 411):
