Snicker-doos
1 cup sugar,
1 cup corn syrup.
Bring to a boil remove from heat,
Add 1 cup peanut butter, stir until smooth.
Add 5 cups rice crispies.
Press lightly into ungreased 9x12 pan.
Melt together 1 cup chocolate and 1 cup butterscotch chips.
Spread chip mixture over top of crispie mixture in pan.
Cut before completely cooling.

Ronas Apple Crisp
4 cups sliced, pared and cored cooking apples. 1 cup flour or (1/2c. oatmeal and 1/2c. flour. 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed. 1 tsp. ground cinnamon, 1/4 tsp.ground nutmeg, and 1/2 cup butter or margarine. Heat oven to 375 f.
Put apples into greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Blend flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and butter or margarine, sprinkle over the apples. Bake 30 to 35 mins. or until the apples are tender and the topping is slightly crusty and brown. Serve warm with cream or whipped cream if desired. Makes 6 to 8 servings.

Tangy Meatloaf
1/2 cup Catsup, 1 tbsp. brown sugar, 1/2 tsp. dry mustard, 4 tsp. worchestershire sauce, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, 1 1/2 tsp. onion powder, 2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 1 egg, 2 tbsp,finely chopped green pepper, 1 1/2 cups chex cereal crushed to 3/4 cup, and 1 1/2 lbs ground beef.
1-In large bowl combine catsup, brown sugar,and dry mustard. Remove 4 tbsp. of mixture and reserve for topping. 2- Add to remaining mixture, worchestershire sauce, garlic and onion powders, salt, pepper and egg. Blend well. Stir in green pepper and crushed chex. Add ground beef and mix well. 3- Shape into loaf in shallow pan. Bake at 350 for 65 mins. Remove from oven spread with remaining catsup mixture. Bake 15 mins. more. Makes about 6 servings.

Luau Ribs
2-4oz. jars strained peaches (baby food), 1/3 cup catsup, 1/3 cup vinegar, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 clove garlic minced, 2 tsp ground ginger, 1 tsp salt, dash of pepper, and 4 ibs. meaty spare ribs.
Mix all ingredients except ribs. Rub ribs with salt and pepper. Place bone side down on grill over slow coals. Broil about 20 mins, turn meatside down and broil until browned. about 10 mins Again turn meat side up, brush with sauce and broil without turning about 30 mins. or ubtil meat is well done. Brush frequently with sauce. 4 to 6 servings.

Chicken Cordon Bleu
4 (2 oz. skinned, boned chicken breat halves, 2 (1 oz.) slices cooked ham, cut in half, 2 (1 oz. slices swiss cheese, cut in half, 1 egg beaten, 2 tbsp. all purpose flour, veg. cooking spray, 1/3 chopped onion, 1/4 ( 10 oz. can cream of chicken soup, undiluted.
1- Place chicken between 2 sheets of heavy duty plastic wrap and flatten to 1/4 inch thickness, using a meat mallet or rolling pin. 2. Place one half slice each of ham and cheese in center of each chicken breast half. Roll up length wise and secure with wooden picks. 3- Dip each chicken roll in egg and dredge (drag) in flour. Place chicken rolls seam side down in a shallow casserole dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 2o mins. 4- Combine onion and soup, stirring until well combined. Pour over chicken and continue to bake at 350 for 15 mins. or until chicken is done.

Mozzarella Meat Pie
l 1/2 lb.ground beef, 1/3 chopped onion, 1/3 cup chopped celery, 1-6oz can tomato paste, 1-4oz pkg. kraft shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/2 tsp. oregano, 1/2 tsp salt, Dash of pepper, 1-8oz. can refrigerated cresent dinner rolls.
Brown meat, drain. Add onion and celery. Cook until tender. Add tomato paste, 1/2 cup cheese and seasonings; mix well. Seperate cresent dough into 8 triangles. Place in 9 inch pie plate pressing together to form crust. Flute edge. Fill with meat mixture; top with remaining cheese. Bake at 375 15 to 20 mins. or until crust is golden brown.

Dirt Cups
2 cups cold milk, 1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding, 1-8oz. tub of cool whip, 1 pkg, oreo cookies crushed, gummy worms.
Pour milk into a bowl add pudding mix and beat until blended. Let stand 5 mins. Stir the cool whip and half of the oreos into the pudding mix. Place 1 tbsp. of cookies into the bottom of a cup. Put put pudding in , top with another tbsp. of oreo crumbs Refrigerate 1 hour decorate with worms. You can use a cake pan in place of the cups.

Orange Julius
(For a 3 oz. serving)6ozs. concentrated O.J., 10 ozs. milk (2%), 2 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 2 cups ice cubes, 3/4 cup vanilla ice cream
(For a 4 oz. serving) 8 oz. O.J. concentrate 12 oz. milk, 4 tsp. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla 2 1/2 cups ice, 1 cup vanilla ice cream.1- Put all ingredients into blender except O.J. 2- Then add O.J. in and blend until you can't hear the ice cubes. Makes a blender full-serve immediately.

KAHLUA
3 cups sugar, 2 cups water, 2oz. coffee (I use about 1 3/4 oz. coffee), 1 tsp. vanilla, 3 1/2 to 4 cups vodka.
1- In saucepan bring coffee and 1 cup water to boil stir until coffee is disolved. 2- In 2nd saucepan bring sugar and the remaining water (1 c.)to a boil stirring until sugar is disolved. Pour both mixtures into a bottle, add 1 tsp. vanilla, and vodka. Mix and let sit until cool. The longer it sits the better it is. Can be drank right away.

Italian Meatloaf
2 lbs. ground beef, 2 cups soft bread crumbs, 1/2 c chopped onion, 1/2 c(1 oz.) Kraft grated parmesan cheese, 2 eggs slightly beaten, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp.pepper,********* 1-8oz. can tomato sauce, 1/2 tsp oregano leaves, 1-4oz.pkg Kraft shredded mozzarella cheese
Combine meat, bread crumbs, onion, parmesan cheese, eggs and seasonings; mix lightly. Press mixture into a 9x13- inch baking pan. Bake at 350, for 30 mins. Pour off drippings. Combine tomato sauce and oregano, pour mixture over meatloaf; top meatloaf with 1 cup cheese; continue baking 30 mins. 8 to 10 servings

Restaurant Style Cheese Biscuits
1 teaspoon garlic salt or powder
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
1 teaspoon Italian seasonings
2 cups Bisquick
1/2 cup cold water (or gingerale)
3/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c Butter
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix Bisquick, water and cheese.
Drop by large spoonfuls onto greased baking sheet. Bake for 8-10
minutes. After baking, (while hot) brush on melted butter or
margarine mixed with garlic powder, parsley flakes and Italian
seasoning (a little seasoning goes a long way.) Serve hot.
* TIP: you can place a piece of aluminum foil under your napkin or
paper towel in a bread basket to keep the bread or rolls warm
longer.
YIELD: 12 biscuits
