Chapter 32

Cami waved her parents goodbye and walked back toward the house. Maggie and Joshua were leaving on a short but romantic second honeymoon, and with their oldest daughter back at the house for a change they felt their younger children wouldn't get into trouble. But on the night before they left however, they had been introduced to the newest couple in town; their own Cameelia and her Buck Cross. The Johnson parents had found the two kissing behind the barn when Buck was supposed to be leaving for Cottonwood that Monday evening. Though both of the lovers felt like it was all over just as soon as it had begun, it appeared to Cami's parents that nothing could be more natural than seeing the two as a couple now instead of just close friends. They had expected it, especially after Buck had made it clear he didn't mind at all taking Cami to the dance that coming Saturday. So they had left for the west coast ultimately contented, knowing everything was perfect back home.

As Cami reached the porch, she heard the all too familiar creak of the front gate and therefor turned around with a grin on her face. She knew those steps anywhere! Buck opened his arms to her and she ran up to him with a happy grin. She knew he had just been at the post station trying to make peace with the other riders, and seeing his smiling face she knew things had gone well. She looked into his honest eyes and kissed his lips lovingly, asking with her gaze what they had said.

"We're friends again," he announced happily and spun her around in his strong arms.

"I'm so happy for you, I told you things would get better!" Cami replied and kissed him again.

Buck let her down on her feet and walked with her toward the house.

"Remember your promise?" he whispered huskily and Cami could see in his eyes he was very aroused.

"I sure do," she nodded and watched his chest as it heaved heavily when he breathed. He must be ready to explode, she thought for herself.

She took his hand and led him up the stairs and opened the door. As soon as they were inside Buck couldn't stand it anymore and threw himself over her, kissing her fiercely.

"I can't wait," he whispered and she had to agree.

Cami had promised they would make love in her bed as soon as her parents were gone and the house was empty, since Michael was with friends and her sister had gone shopping a new dress for the dance. But they had only reached the parlor and were already too anxious to get out of their clothes none of them could walk upstairs. Buck dropped his shirt and vest in one quick movement and then got working on his pants which were already bulging at his crotch. Cami threw her blouse across the room and didn't care to look where it landed; she already had Buck's hands on the hem of her skirts. He pulled her with him to the floor and quickly rolled on top of her. He was losing control of himself though he knew he had never been so rough with her before. But at this moment he didn't even care to apologize. He thrust his cock inside her and began pumping wildly, moaning loudly while Cami's hands brushed through his hair. He had never experienced such animalistic passion before, almost as if they didn't have time to be lazy. He gave a grunt and landed his hands on the floor beside her head, using the strength in his arms to keep his upper body high above her while his buttocks were hurting from the thrusts. Not much longer and he erupted deeper inside her than he had ever been, and not one thought went to pleasure his partner. It was no doubt the best sensation he had ever experienced that washed over him and sent him crumbling over her body. He laid there until he could breathe steadily, then looked up at her dazed face.

"I don't know what came over me," he apologized, and to his surprise Cami only giggled.

"Me either, but I liked it," she smiled warmly.

"You did?"

"Uh-huh. You were great," she promised and wiped at his sweaty forehead.

Buck smiled shyly and rested his head on her chest again, while sighing a deep contented sigh. "Thanks," he mumbled and closed his eyes.

Cami only smiled and stroked his silky hair, staring at the ceiling but seeing only the image of herself marrying this man. It was all she ever wanted. She could only hope he had the same intentions.
