Tequila


Acapulco Apple Margarita
¾ oz. tequila
4 oz. sweet & sour or margarita mix
3 oz. apple puree
½ oz. triple sec or simple syrup
12 oz. ice
Blend all ingredients until slushy.  Serve in a margarita glass.

Acapulco Blue
¾ oz. tequila
½ oz. blue curacao
½ oz. bar syrup
1 splash club soda
Rim whiskey sour glass with lime juice and salt.  Place ½ orange slice in each glass.  Add crushed ice, tequila, blue curacao, bar syrup and club soda to fill.  Stir lightly.

Acapulco Clam Digger
1 ¼ oz. tequila
3 oz. tomato juice
3 oz. clam juice
¾ oz. tsp. horseradish
Tabasco sauce to taste
Worcestershire sauce to taste
1 splash lemon or lime juice
Mix all ingredients in a Collins glass with cracked ice.  Garnish with slice of lemon or lime.

Anejo Banger
1 oz. gold tequila
6 oz. orange juice
¼ oz. Galliano
Blend tequila and orange juice with small scoop of crushed ice.  Pour over rocks.  Float Galliano.  Garnish with orange wheel and cherry.

Anejo Pacifico
1 ¼ oz. tequila
½ oz. lime juice
½ oz. passion-fruit syrup
Chill over rocks.  Strain.  Serve in cocktail glass.  Garnish with lime wheel.

Baja Banana-Boat Margarita
¾ oz. tequila
½ oz. creme de banana
6 oz. sweet & sour or margarita mix
1 banana
8 oz. crushed ice
Blend all ingredients until slushy.  Serve in margarita glass.

Berta’s Special
1 ¼ oz. tequila
1 tsp. honey
1 egg white
5-7 dashes orange bitters
juice of 1 lime
sparkling water
Combine all except sparkling water in a cocktail shaker.  Shake vigorously.  Pour over into a chilled Collins glass filled with ice cubes and top off with sparkling water.  Garnish with lime slice.

Bloody Mary
1 ¼ oz. tequila
juice of ½ lime
1 dash Tabasco
1 dash celery salt
6 oz. tomato juice
Pour tequila, lime juice, Tabasco, and celery salt over ice cubes in a highball glass.  Fill with tomato juice.  Stir.  Garnish with a lime slice.

Border Passion Margarita
¾ oz. tequila
4 oz. sweet & sour or margarita mix
½ oz. triple sec
½ oz. Tropicana citrus-passion concentrate
8 oz. ice
Blend all ingredients until slushy.  Serve in margarita glasses.

Blue Meanie
¾ oz. tequila
½ oz. blue curacao
2 oz. sweet & sour mix
Salt rim of cocktail glass.  Shake ingredients well with crushed ice and strain into glass.  Garnish with a lime wheel.

Brave Bull
¾ oz. tequila
½ oz. coffee liqueur
Stir ingredients with ice.  Strain into old-fashioned glass over ice cubes.  Garnish with twist of lemon peel.

Bunny Bonanza
¾ oz. tequila
½ oz. apple brandy
3 dashes triple sec
½ oz. lemon juice
¾ tsp. maple syrup
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice.  Shake well.  Strain into chilled old-fashioned glass and garnish with lemon slice.

Cactus Colada
1 oz. tequila
¼ oz. melon liqueur
4 oz. pineapple juice
½ oz. cream of coconut
Stir vigorously with ice.  Strain into champagne glasses over crushed ice.  Garnish with melon balls in season.

Cactus Margarita
1 ¼ oz. tequila
½ oz. pineapple concentrate
5 oz. sweet & sour or margarita mix
1 oz. cream of coconut
12 oz. ice
Blend all ingredients until slushy.

Cha-Cha-Cha Cherry Margarita
¾ oz. tequila
½ oz. triple sec
1 oz. red sour cherry concentrate
3 oz. sweet & sour or margarita mix
8 oz. ice
Blend all ingredients until slushy.  Serve in margarita glass.

Changuirongo
1 ¼ oz. tequila
ginger ale
Pour into a chilled Collins glass filled with ice cubes.  Stir and garnish with lime wedge.

Chapala
1 oz. tequila
¾ oz. triple sec
2 oz. orange juice
1 oz. lime juice
½ oz. grenadine
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.  Shake well.  Pour into chilled highball glass half filled with cracked ice and stir.

El Diablo
1 oz. tequila
¼ oz. creme of cassis
¼ oz. lime juice
5 oz. ginger ale
Pour tequila, cassis, and lime juice over ice in a tall glass.  Fill with ginger ale.  Stir.  Garnish with a lime wedge.

Frostbite
¾ oz. tequila
¼ oz. creme de cacao
¼ oz. blue curacao
2 oz. Half-and-Half
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice.  Shake well.  Strain into chilled sour glass.

Frozen Cactus Colada
1 oz. tequila
¼ oz. melon liqueur
2 oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. cream of coconut
8 oz. lime juice
Whirl all ingredients together in blender.  Pour into colada glass.

Frozen Matador
1 ¼ oz. tequila
2 oz. pineapple juice
½ oz. lime juice
Combine all ingredients in a blender with ½ cup of cracked ice.  Blend well.  Garnish with lime slice.

Grand Matador
¾ oz. gold tequila
¼ oz. Cuarenta y Tres (Licor 43)
¼ oz. Grand Marnier
Shake well with ice.  Strain over ice into an old-fashioned glass.  Garnish with orange wedge.

Hibiscus Holiday Margarita
1 ¼ oz. tequila
½ oz. hibiscus cooler concentrate
4 oz. sweet & sour or margarita mix
½ oz. simple syrup
8 oz. ice
Blend all ingredients until slushy.

Margarita 43
1 oz. tequila
¼ oz. Cuarenta y Tres (Licor 43)
juice of ½ lime
juice of ½ lemon
1 dash bar sugar
Shake well with ice.  Strain into large shot glass.  Garnish with lime wedge.

Margarita
1 oz. tequila
¼ oz. triple sec
juice of ½ lime
Shake tequila, triple sec, and lime juice with ice.  Dip rim of pre-chilled old-fashioned glass in lime juice, then in coarse salt to coat.

Mariachi Melon Margarita
1 oz. tequila
¼ oz. melon liqueur
4 oz. sweet & sour or margarita mix
12 oz. ice
Blend all ingredients until slushy.  Serve in a margarita glass.

Matador
1 ¼ oz. tequila
2 oz. pineapple juice
½ oz. lime juice
Shake with ice.  Strain over ice cubes in a n old-fashioned glass.  Garnish with a lime slice.

Mexican Berry
1 oz. tequila
¼ oz. Cointreau
4 oz. cranberry juice
1 dash lime juice
Shake well with ice.  Strain over ice into large goblet glass.  Garnish with lime wheel.

Mexicana
1 ¼ oz. tequila
2 oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. lime juice
¼ tsp. grenadine
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice.  Shake well.  Strain into chilled highball glass.

Nuclear Meltdown
¾ oz. tequila
½ oz. alize (or ½ oz. Cognac and ½ oz. passion-fruit syrup)
Shake well with ice.  Strain.  Serve in shot or up glasses.

Ole
¾ oz. tequila
½ oz. coffee liqueur
1 tsp. simple syrup
1 tbsp. Half-and-Half
Stir all in a mixing glass, except Half-and-Half.  Pour into a chilled cocktail glass over crushed ice.  Float Half-and-Half on top.

Patron Cruiser
1 ¼ oz. Patron Silver
3 oz. cranberry juice
3 oz. lemon-lime soda
¼ oz. fresh lime juice
Pour all ingredients into a tall glass filled with ice.  Garnish with a mint sprig.

Patron Inferno
1 ¼ oz. Patron Silver, chilled
juice of ¼ medium fresh lime
3 splashes Tabasco sause
freshly ground pepper
Pour all ingredients into shot glass.  Top with freshly ground pepper.  The flavor is pure heat!

Patron Matador
1 ¼ oz. Patron Silver
4 oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. lime juice
1 splash grenadine
Combine all ingredients and serve over crushed ice.

Patron Silver Sunrise
1 ¼ oz Patron Silver, chilled
2 oz. fresh orange juice
2 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
juice of ¼ lime
1 splash bitters
Pour all ingredients into a large ice filled glass.  Stir.

Peach Margarita
1 oz. tequila
½ oz. peach liqueur
2 oz. lime juice
1 tbsp. Triple sec
Rim a chilled cocktail glass with salt.  Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice.  Shake well.  Garnish with peach slice.

Pinata
¾ oz. tequila
½ oz creme de banana
1 ½ oz. lime juice
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice.  Shake well.  Stain into chilled cocktail glass.

Pineapple Cancun Margarita
1 ¼ oz. tequila
4 oz. sweet & sour or margarita mix
1 oz. pineapple or papaya concentrate
½ oz. simple syrup
12 oz. ice
Blend all ingredients until slushy.

Rosita
½ oz. tequila
½ oz. Campari
1/8 oz. dry vermouth
1/8 oz. sweet vermouth
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with cracked ice.  Stir well.  Pour into chilled old-fashioned glass.  Garnish with lemon twist.

T. L. C. (Tequila, Lime, Campari)
¾ oz. tequila
½ oz. Campari
juice of ¼ lime
Fill tall glass with ice, then add tequila, Campari, and lime juice.  Top with club soda.  Garnish with lime wheel.

T. L. C. (Tequila, Lime, Cognac)
¾ oz. tequila
juice of ¼ lime
½ oz. Cognac
Shake well with ice.  Strain into wineglass.  Fill with ice.  Garnish with wedge of lime.

T. L. C. (Tequila, Lime, Cola)
1 ¼ oz. tequila
juice of ½ lime
5 oz. cola
Fill tall glass with ice and add tequila and lime.  Top with cola.  Garnish with lime wheel.

T. T. T. (Tequila, Triple Sec, Tonic)
1 oz. tequila
¼ oz. triple sec
2 oz. tonic
In wineglass stir tequila and triple sec with ice.  Top with tonic and add lime spiral.

Tequila Colada
1 ¼ oz. tequila
2 oz. sweet & sour mix
2 oz. cream of coconut
8 oz. crushed ice
Mix well in blender until smooth.  Serve in specialty glass rimmed with crushed toasted coconut.  Garnish with lime fruit flag.

Tequila Collins
1 ¼ oz. tequila
1 tsp. bar sugar
juice of ½ lemon
6 oz. club soda
Shake tequila, sugar, and lemon juice with ice.  Strain over crushed ice in a Collins glass.  Fill with soda.  Stir.  Garnish with lemon slice.

Tequila Fizz
1 ¼ oz. tequila
juice of ½ lemon
¾ oz. grenadine
1 egg white
4 oz. ginger ale
Shake tequila , lemon juice, grenadine, and egg white well with ice and strain into Collins glass over ice cubes.  Fill with ginger ale.

Tequila Martini
¾ oz. tequila
½ oz. dry vermouth
Stir with ice.  Strain into chilled cocktail glass.  Garnish with an olive.

Tequila Rickey
1 ¼ oz. tequila
juice of ½ lime
6 oz. club soda
Pour tequila and lime juice over ice in a highball glass.  Add soda.  Stir.  Garnish with lime wedge.

Tequila Sour
1 ¼ oz. tequila
juice of ½ lemon
½ tsp. bar sugar
Shake with ice.  Strain into chilled sour glass.  Garnish with lemon slice and maraschino cherry.

Tequila Sunburst
¾ oz. tequila
½ oz. alize (or ½ oz. passion-fruit syrup)
4 oz. orange juice
1 dash grenadine
Shake well with ice.  Strain into Hurrican glass.  Fill with ice.  Garnish with orange slice.

Tequila Sunrise
1 ¼ oz. tequila
1 tsp. grenadine
6 oz. orange juice
Pour tequila and grenadine over ice cubes in a highball glass.  Fill with orange juice.  Stir.  Garnish with an orange slice.
