Brief History:

With the Greater Force war in full progress, and the disbanding of the MSP, the Maximal High Council in general, and Cain in specific, decided that another, non-military agency would be required to fill the gap left by the MSP. Thus, under the code-name 'Project Gilgamesh', Section 10 was born on a half-frozen, half-scorched world.

This base was later destroyed by the combined efforts of a Greater Force/Carbation fleet, and during the evacuation, the General in command of Section 10 at the time was killed. A new, unknown commander was installed in it's place.

General Information:

Information available to the public about Section 10, is, at best, very hazy. It is known for a fact, or at least a well supported rumor, that most, if not all of the command element in Section 10 has been endowed with somewhat limited Greater Force powers, similar to the abilites found in Pyre. Beyond this, only rumors are available, and most cannot be substantiated, or believed.

It is believed that the commander in charge of Section 10 is a Maximal structurally identicle to Pyre, and it is believed by the public that several 'seed' agents have been planted, or insinuated into most of the major governmental positions. Section 10 is funded by the Maximal government, and an unknown, third party source.

Section 10 agents are virtually identical to regular Maximals, and carry no outward identification. They also have clearence to most, if not all of the top-security buildings and holdings on Cybertron. Some agents are believed to be non-bonded Maximals, i.e. Maximals with no beast form.

It is unknown if Section 10 has any sort of sub-division, or further classification of their agents beyond typical rankings.
