Enter: The Carcanens:

Carcanens have smooth dark blue or light blue skin - depending. The males have no hair - genetics, not a style choice. The females do however have hair that tends to be as long as shoulder length. The Carcanens generally wear robes, similar in style to that of monks.Carcanens have also been known to dress in styles that can be best compared to Arabic in nature. Those styles include choices in pants, shirts and vests.

The Carcanens are skilled in martial arts however they use it as a means to strengthen their mind and to form a better connection between body and soul. The end result is a philosophy of it taking more strength ‘not to fight’ then to fight as giving into those primal urges is considered weakness in their view. The term ‘passive’ might be appropriate to a degree. But when it became clear that the Greater Force had become allies to the Carbations who were on a path of aggression, the Carcanens did become principle partners with the Maximal Alliance in fighting back. A necessary evil in the name of the greater good perhaps.

The Carcanens have a strong community system, and elders are highly regarded within the community – teachers and leaders both unofficially and officially as a ‘Council of Elders’ of sorts governs the Carcanen Alliance.
