Significance:

Icerunner is Jungle’s best friend. A while back, Jungle made a choice. He chose to spare her. Ice bore witness to a botched MSP operation and thus protocol dictated that all witnesses be taken offline. The decision had a number of consequences for Jungle. He had to get her a new identity, a new life. He also had to train her to survive. Jungle did all that and over the course of things they became friends. Ice provided Jungle a fresh outlook on life, which eventually led to him departing the MSP.
