Significance:

Cyan from a technical standpoint is Jungle’s biological daughter. Cyan, home to an alternate universe, was fathered by the Jungle dwelling there. Cyan and that Jungle were never close. They never much spoke and she knew more of the legend of Jungle, than of the man behind it.

Even upon her arrival to this universe, the relationship Cyan had with this Jungle was not an improvement. Jungle did not know how to deal with Cyan, and so it was just simpler not to try. To be blunt; Cyan was not a result of any mistake he, himself had made.

However, in recent times, certain events had given Jungle cause to reexamine his relationship with Cyan, which led to him reaching out to her for really the first time.
