TAPARAMA! '99

We are pleased to announce that preparation has begun
for the 2nd annual TAPARAMA!

Pending final partnership arrangements with Myer Melbourne,
it is anticipated that this marathon tap dancing event
will be based on '98's program, with some exciting additions
to be announced soon! 

Once again, dance studios are invited to perform troupes of no less than
4 people in Myer's Bourke St. Mall windows; your choreography should be
2 - 4 minutes in length. The stage (catwalk) dimensions are the same:
50 feet long x 4 feet wide.

Through the production of a major public event, TAPARAMA's mission is to
showcase tap dancers of all ages in a non-competitive, unified performance
environment, while promoting the health, fitness & entertainment value of tap dance.

If you would like to register your studio for involvement in this
major public event, fill in the details of your item & mail/fax the form to
us as soon as you can.

You will be contacted early by April '99 with information regarding
dress rehearsals and event scheduling details.

Please note: To cover administration costs, a $10 fee per studio is required.
Due to time constraints on the day, a limited number of studios will be offered
a place in the event after the first selection rehearsal.
