"HEY KAYLA!" Amanda shouted out from across the news agency. People turned to stare at her but she really couldn't care. Her and Kayla were there because Amanda was getting a birthday card for her Mom. But instead of doing that, Amanda was flipping through magazines.
"WHAT?" Kayla yelled back, laughing. She was looking for a 'Miss You' card to send to Taylor
"Well Duh Kay! I want you to come here!" Amanda yelled. Kayla sighed and went over to her friend.
"What is it?" She asked. Amanda was waving a magazine in Kayla's face.
Kayla looked at it and saw Taylor's picture on the front cover so she
was instantly interested. Then Kayla saw the caption that was with
Taylor's picture. In big, bold, yellow letters it read:
Kayla gasped and then took the magazine from Amanda's hands.
"Hey! I was looking at that!" Amanda protested but Kayla ignored her. She frantically flipped through the magazine and then she finally reached the page. There, she saw a picture of her and Taylor kissing. But then she looked harder and saw that the girl in the picture wasn't her and the background was unfamiliar to.
"Oh my god" Kayla murmured, feeling her throat choke up and her tears rise, she knew she had to get away. She looked down at her watch and saw that Jaymi wouldn't be home from C.J's yet.
"Oh wow... do you think that's Taylor's girlfriend? God she's so lucky! Even if she's not his girlfriend she got to kiss him! and have her picture in a magazine!" Amanda said, peering at the picture. "I wonder if-"
"SHUT UP AMANDA!" Kayla yelled. The look on Amanda's face made her feel horrible. "Mandy I'm sorry... look... I have to go ok? I'll talk to you later" Kayla said, giving her friend a quick hug. She then went and bought the magazine and then fled from the store. She caught a bus home and then, once inside her front door, she let her tears fall. She couldn't believe that Taylor had done this to her. She looked down at the picture again and then started to cry harder.

"Hello hello hello.... anyone home?" Jaymi yelled out into what seemed like an empty house. She got no response. She turned to C.J. "Guess we're the only one's home"
"Guess so. I'm just gonna put my stuff in your room" C.J said, starting for the stairs. C.J was staying the night at Jaymi's.
"Ok, I'll be in the kitchen" Jaymi said. She walked to the kitchen and found Kayla sitting at the table. She was leaning back in her chair, her arms were crossed and she was staring blankly at an open magazine infront of her.
"Kayla?" Jaymi asked. Kayla ignored her sister and kept on staring at the magazine. "Kay? what's wrong? what's that?" Jaymi asked. Kayla finally moved, but only to push the magazine across the table. The first thing Jaymi saw was the picture and she knew right away that the girl in the picture was not Kayla. "Ohmigod!" Jaymi whispered as she read the article.
"What is it?" C.J asked, walking into the room. Jaymi had finished reading and handed the magazine over to C.J. She then hugged Kayla. Kayla burst into tears.
"I hate him!" She cried into Jaymi's shoulder. C.J finished reading and put her arm around Kayla's shoulder, unsure of what else to do. Jaymi and C.J let Kayla cry and once she had calmed down she apologized.
"No, don't do that! This is not your fault!" C.J said. Kayla shrugged.
"I should have known that he would do something like this!"
"He's a jerk Kay! You don't need him!" Jaymi said. Kayla was silent for a few minutes.
"... yes I do!" She cried as she burst into a fresh set of tears.

"Tay, Louise called. Again. She wants you to call her back" Isaac said coldly to Taylor.
"As if I'm gonna call her back" Taylor snapped. He, Isaac and Zac were in their hotel room. They were meant to be packing for a trip home but the three of them were just lounging around doing nothing. Both Isaac and Zac were looking forward to seeing their girlfriends but Taylor wasn't. He knew that he had to tell her about Louise. Zac, who was sitting on the floor watching the t.v, turned to look at Taylor. When Taylor realized that Zac was staring at him he looked at Zac. "What?"
"How could you do it?" Zac asked for the 30th time. Taylor groaned and threw his head against the back of the couch.
"For the hundredth time Zac I don't know ok? I don't know I don't know I DON'T FUCKING WELL KNOW SO QUIT ASKING ME!" Taylor yelled.
"She's your girlfriend! God I know some of our fan's are hot and all but you don't get with them!" Zac yelled back.
"I didn't kiss her! She kissed me! and I know Kayla's my girlfriend!" Taylor shouted.
"Taylor you are unbelievable." Isaac started.
"What do you mean by that?"
"You're planning on telling Kayla about Louise right?"
"... Well, yes"
"And you really think she's gonna stay with you? Like she would!" Isaac said. Taylor glared at both of his brothers. He knew he had made a mistake. But it was true. Louise had kissed him. Taylor tried to convince himself that he had done nothing wrong but he was unsuccessful. Kayla was going to break up with him once he had told her about Louise. He knew that for sure. Taylor got up and walked out of the room.
"Where are you going?" Isaac called out after him but Taylor ignored him. Taylor walked to the elevator and pressed the button to go up. The doors opened and Taylor was thankful that he was the only one on the elevator. Once inside Taylor pressed the button to go to the roof of the hotel. The doors opened and Taylor stepped outside. He watched as the elevator doors closed and he then looked around to make sure he was alone. He was.
"GOD DAMNIT!" He screamed at the top of his lungs. "I'M SORRY KAYLA! I'M SO SORRY!" He screamed before dropping to his knees. "I'm sorry" He whispered. He didn't think he would ever feel pain like this. He knew he had lost Kayla and it was his own fault.
