I turn around and look at the person.
    "Oh my gosh!  Howie, you scared me half to death!"
    "Sorry.  Sarah told me that I should come with you, to make sure you're OK.  But I also wanted to know if we
        could talk."  Howie says.
    "If it's about what happened today there's nothing to talk about.  Like I said, it's my problem." I say sternly as
        I keep on walking.
    "Hey don't get an attitude with my young lady." Howie says with a smile on his face.
    I stop, look at him, then say, "I'm sorry, I guess it just gets to me that he came all this way to do that.  And
        what's worse, you guys got involved."
    "Hey, Sarah and you are our friends.  We're gonna stand beside you, or in AJ case, shed blood for you."
        Howie says as we walk down the road.

    Back at the studio; Brian, AJ, and Sarah talk.  Brian and Sarah listen while AJ tells them what almost happened earlier.

"Guys, I almost told her I love her."  AJ says softly.

Sarah and Brian look at each other, then Brian says quickly, "What?  You barely know her.  How can you love her?  Have you lost it completely?"

"I know I know.  I didn't plan on saying it, for some reason it just came out; I felt like I was supposed to say it or something."  AJ says looking at the ground.

Brian says with a kind tone, "Man, I know what you're talking about. Sometimes it doesn't matter who they are, where they're from, what they did; you know that your supposed to be together.  But I think you need to think
about this, you hardly know anything..."

Sarah cuts Brian off by saying, "AJ, do what's in your heart.  But if you feel like you love her, you need to make sure it's love.  I agree with Brian on saying, you need to think about it.  Think about your feelings."

"I can't believe I almost said that though.  I could have really screwed up.  I do like her, but I...I don't know...I'm so confused."  AJ says shaking his head.

"Don't worry about it, it didn't happen.  You didn't say it." Sarah says.

"Yeah," agrees Brian.

"But, I think she knew what I was gonna say," AJ told us.

"Oh, well," Sarah says." She thinks nobody loves her now, which is actually a big problem."

AJ shrugs." I wanna tell her how I feel, but...I barely know her."

"You should tell her how you feel, only when you are totally sure of how you feel though."  Sarah tells him. "I would if I was in your place."

"I can't," AJ tells her. "I can't do stuff like that. I've never been able to do stuff like that."

"I used to be the same way," Brian says. "but I think I learned my lesson."

AJ nodded. " I gotta go do something, see you in a bit." He walked off.

"What a shy guy," Sarah says to Brian.

"Yeah, I know.  The weird thing is, he was lying when he said he can open up to girls.  He's always been able to do that.  He must really like her."  Brian says.

        "H0ey girl lets talk."  Sarah yells as she grabs my arm and drags me into a room.
        She starts telling me that she doesn't want me to say that there's no one out there for me and that there is someone that does love me.  As she goes on telling me all of this, I look out the window of the room and stare at AJ. He's talking to Nick and looks kind of upset.  Then he gets up and gives Nick a high five and says something.  Nick starts walking for the room.

       Nick walks into the room and says, "Sarah can I talk to Suzy-Q alone?"
        "Sure" she says.  Then she looks at me and says, "Remember what I said OK?"
        I nod my head as she walks out of the room.  Nick closes the door behind her and sits down in a chair.
        "I want to ask you something.  Would you like to go out to eat tonight? Just the two of us."  Nick says in a shyly.
