"Well, I guess we'll just have to get started.  I think we should get the tree with the guys."  I say to Sarah.

"Yeah I think we should too, since we're spending Christmas with them.  When are we going to get the tree anyway?"  Sarah asks.

"I don't know, I guess in a week or two.  We are going to have to wait, since we're getting a real tree.  You don't want it dying on us before Christmas even get's here."  I say laughing.

"Why don't we go get some of our decorations out of the storage building that we are renting; then we can visit the guys on our way."  Sarah says.

"Sounds good to me, let's go."  I say.

I knock on their door and yell, "Let me in."

AJ yells through the door, "All I have on is a towel."

I yell back to him, "I've seen you in less."

I realize what I have said and I say to Sarah, "Just kidding."  Brian opens the door as AJ runs to the shower.

"Now what was that you yelled about seeing him in less?"  Brian asks as he walks in the room.

Howie walks in behind him and says, "Yeah, I'm curious to know."

"Like I told Sarah, I'm just kidding."  I say trying to save myself.

"Sure, that's what they all say."  Brian says with a smile.

"Could we change the subject?"  I snap.

"Where is AJ?"  Sarah asks.

"Oh he's in the shower, you caught him as he was getting in."  Howie says.

"I think I'll surprise him."  I say walking for the bathroom.

"Are you going to go in there?"  Sarah asks.

"Yeah.  I'm not going to look, all I have to do is let him know I'm in there and he'll freak out."  I say as Sarah and the guys follow me.
I walk into the bathroom as the other stand by the door.

AJ asks, "Hey Bri, is that you?"

I say, "No, it's me sweetie."

AJ sticks his head out of the shower curtain and yells, "What are you doing in here?"  We all run out of the bathroom laughing.
 

He walks in the room with a pair of Jeans on.  "Well, you're wearing more than a towel."  I say laughing.

"What are you girls doing here anyway?"  AJ asks.

"Oh, well we're going to get our Christmas decorations out of storage.  We're in a holiday mood."  Sarah says.

"What, you need our help?"  Howie asks.

"No, we just thought we'd stop by for a while."  Sarah says.
 

I pick up a carosel horse with holly and presents carved in it.

"I remember when my aunt gave me this.  I was so little, it seemed like such a big thing to have.  Listen, it even plays the song 'Surgar Plum Fairy.'  I never get tired of this thing."  I say.

"Oh I remember this.  My parents gave this to me on my birthday, so that I would have it to put on the tree.  And since my birthday's in the middle of November..."  Sarah is cut off by me.

"Oh yeah, your birthday is two days away.  The 18th right?"  I ask.

"Yep."  Sarah says as she pulls out more ornaments.  I think to myself, What am I going to do for her birthday.  Of course I'll get her a gift; but a better gift would be one from Brian.
