"2 months?" Isaac asked. "What was so wrong with binding and gagging Lia, stuffing her in a duffel bag, and plotting to sell the bag at a pawn shop that we had to get grounded?"
"I think it was the whole thing about binding and gagging her, stuffing her in a bag, and then plotting to sell her away to a pawn shop that did it," Taylor said dryly.
"Oh, yeah," Isaac said. "Maaaaan."
"You're 19. You're out of high school. You shouldn't have to put up with this," Zac protested for Isaac.
"Yeah, but I also live with my parents, am supported by my parents, and still sleep in a room with you guys," Isaac said. "In the world of freedom, that doesn't count for much."
"Parents can be severely mean," Taylor grumbled.
"Amen," Zac said.
"So, what do we do until February?" Isaac asked.
"Play rummy?" Taylor suggested. Zac went to his suitcase and pulled the deck of cards from the pocket.
"Rummy it is," he said heavily.
