"Zachary! Your little friends need to evacuate!"

Zac's ears pricked up at the sound of his mother's voice. He glanced at his clock. 9 o'clock. He looked at his friends. "Sorry, guys. The old lady's got a point."

"Okay," they said, standing up simultaneously. "Bye, Zac!" They waved, and began to walk out. Zac sat on his floor, staring around. Then he got an idea...

Whistling, Isaac picked up his pile of dirty colored clothes and began to walk down the hall, barely able to see over the mound. He kicked open the basement door with his foot, and turned on the light with his elbow. He skipped down the stairs. Just as he hit the floor...

"AAARRRRRGGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!"

Isaac jumped, causing his clothes to fly everywhere, and him to fall over. Isaac stood up, tearing his way from beneath a ton of dirty, smelly clothes. "ZZZZAAAAAACCCC!!!!"

Zac was rolling around on the floor laughing hysterically.

"Zac, it's not funny," Isaac said.

He continued to laugh.

"Zac, quit it. It wasn't funny."

Zac just cracked up even more.

"ZAAAC!" Isaac whined.

Zac stopped, and wrinkled his nose at his older brother. "You're whining."

"Help me pick up these clothes, butt munch," Isaac said.

Zac sighed, and helped him gather them. Then, he shoved his armful into the washing machine. Isaac threw his half of the clothes into the machine, and then poured the detergent in.

"There," Isaac said with finality, closing the lid. "What the heck were you doing down here?" Isaac asked.

"Waiting for an unsuspecting victim," Zac said, walking out.

"You accomplished your goal, I see," Isaac grumbled.

"Something like that," Zac said. "I was really hoping it would be Taylor. He's so funny when he gets scared. And then he's all like, 'No way, man. I wasn't scared!!!' and he's all blushing and...CRAP, he's funny!!!"

Isaac watched Zac, walking up the stairs and laughing to himself about Taylor, with a bit of worry and confusion. After the door had shut after his brother, he said, "Odd..."

Then, he sat down on the couch that awaited there, and began to jot down a song idea that had been stuck in his head all day.
