People began to stream out of them. Is that them? she wondered.
She watched as her sister suddenly looked up, and peered at them for a moment. Then, with mom by her side, she began to cross the parking lot to the buses.
They stopped, and talked to a lady with bright red hair. Then, she walked off, and came back with 3 blond girls. She looked closer. Wait, no, those weren't girls. Those were guys. And they were shaking hands with her sister.
Jordan held something out to them, and one of them took a pen from the ponytail that was low on their head. Lia watched as they began to write on whatever it was that Jordan handed them.
Suddenly, Jordan's finger turned and pointed at Lia. Lia sat up straight, and watched as the three boys eyes wheeled over her direction. They smiled, and looked back to Jordan. She suddenly began shaking her head. She watched as the three of them began to follow Jordan back to the van.
"Hey," they all said as they got closer. Lia smiled.
"Are you Hanson?" she asked.
The brothers smiled at her. "Yup."
"Sorry about your reservations," the tallest one apologized.
"Yeah, been there, done that," the shortest laughed.
"You slepped in your car, eh?" the middle-sized one asked.
"Yup."
"That sucks," they all agreed simultaneously.
"Are you excited about your concert?" she asked. They all grinned.
"We hear you're following the tour," the shortest said again.
"Oh...yeah," Lia shrugged. "It's educational."
"Don't worry. Our mother drags us off all the time for 'educational' purposes, so don't worry," the middle one said.
"Hey, so maybe we'll hang out, or do something like that together," the tallest said.
"Maybe," Lia nodded.
There was a shout for "HEY GUYS!" originating at the tour buses and the guys smiled. "We gotta run."
"Nice meeting you," Lia said.
"Nice meeting you too!" the shortest called back over his shoulder as they walked off. The other two laughed and waved.
She looked at Jordan who was grinning from ear to ear. "Hey, wait...where's Mom?"
