There are some things you must be aware of before building a deck. First of all you need a creature you can get out on at least the second turn. A good green creature for the second turn is the River Boa (2/1 G:regenerate, Islandwalk Visions). This is a good card because it has islandwalk, regeneration and is a great deal at a casting cost of G1. A good black card for the second turn is the swamp mosquito. This is always a good card as long as the opponent cannot get any creatures out that have flying. A good second turn blue card is the Storm Crow. Yet another flying card the storm crow can be very annoying to the opponent. There are plenty of good white and red creature that you can get out on the first turn. Goblins are great for two reasons. First of all they are pretty cheap and good. Second after they have done what they're good for, which should happen on the third turn, you can simply use goblin grenade to toast your opponent. As far as white goes all I going to say is Bendalish Hero. It's got banding, Nuff said. Anyway creatures alone can't win a game (Okay they can, but it's a lot easier with spells), so you might want to add some spells. If you are using red direct damage spells are your best bet, so stick with that. White can use Healing Salve because it's a great card for gaining life. A good spell for green is Lifeforce. That can completely shut down a black deck. For blue a good spell is counterspell. This does not seem like an important card but if the opponent cannot do anything to you and your creatures can terrorize him it's easy! A good black spell is terror. It may have limited target range but it's casting cost is hard to beat. A good artifact is Jade Monolith. That way if you have CoPs it is easy to fizzle any spell to you creatures. That's about it for now see you later!
