During the first week of January Sarah went into an American studio to re-record the opening tune of Not an Addict for the soundtrack of a new Hollywood production starring none other than Matt Dillon, Kevin Bacon and Bill Murray. The movie is called Wild Things. The European release of the movie is expected in the fall of 1998. Next summer K's Choice will take part in the Lilith Fair in the United States. The Lilith Fair is a

travelling caravan (call it a travelling festival) of exclusively female singer/songwriters. The

brain behind this initiative is Sarah McLachlan, a Canadian artist who recently surprised the

world with her astonishing new album Surfacing (highly recommended!). In addition to

McLachlan the tour featured and will feature a broad spectrum of contemporary artists such as Tracy Chapman, Sheryl Crow, Joan Osborne, Suzanne Vega, Paula Cole, Lisa Loeb, Indigo Girls,... yes, rather big names. As a matter of fact, on the 16th of December 97, K's Choice

participated in a preparatory and promotional Lilith Fair concert in West Palm Beach, Florida, where they headlined on the second stage.

In the meantime, more than 700,000 copies of Paradise in Me have been sold worldwide. The

only way is up!

Yes, Paradise in Me has reached platinum in Belgium. This means more than 50,000 copies

of this album have been sold in the band’s home country.
