Heavenly Sugar is the Only Certified 100% Organic Sugar Sold in the United States. According to the Organic Trade Association, all other “100% organic” sugars begin with organic sugar cane, but use a synthetic chemical (calcium hydroxide*) to process the sugar cane into sugar.

Traditional bee keepers harvest this honey three times per year. Each seasonal variation of the honey is considered to have unique health-promoting qualities derived from the differences in the flora and seasonal variations of temperature and sunlight. The first honey harvested in November is white or light amber in color. The honey from the second and third harvest is a reddish color owing to the different seasonal flowers.
