I got my first SLR at the age of 15. A Pentax P30. I was happy with that for about eight years. When I started as a consert photographer, an autofokus was required. So I got a Pentax MZ-5 with a 50 mm f 1,4. Including a 28mm 2,8 and a 135 mm 2,5 I was happy for a long time. Until I found the limits of tecknology. Slow focus, lightmeter inaccurate and so forth. I figured the only thing I could trust was my own experience.
So I got myself a Leica M6, a Rolleicord and a Metz flash. This revolutionized my pictures: they had never been worse... But after I while, after learning photography all over again...I'm improving. But something happened. After a Richo GR1s, a Nicon F80 I lost interest in photography by 2003... I don`t know. Maybe a digital will work?
