I am Laura
I am nineteen years old

I am a daughter, sister, friend and lover.
I am a crabby cancer and a brave lion.

I live in a small town cluttered with people,
And love relaxing on the beach.

I am in love
And love the corrupt number 13.

I love to ski and keep myself busy, but I hate to work.
I enjoy being in the company of friends, but I would prefer to read alone.

I blush when I'm embarrassed, and am embarrassed a lot.

My favorite animal is a turtle,
And much like my birth symbol, the crab, it carries its home on its back.

I depend on security and memories of childhood parental nurturing.
I love to feel safe and warm, and rely on my feelings to navigate my path in life.

I sometimes feel I verge on the psychic
And I am obsessed with my belongings.

I am a leader at heart, and cling to my abilities to speak for myself.
I appreciate recognition and am stubborn to criticism.

I am easy going, meaning I am lazy minded.
I know what I want, but I do not care if I don't get it.

I am a red ruby and a white pearl.
I can be a person of both extremes.

I am sensitive and receptive to emotional stimuli,
Yet I can be irritable and snappy.

I am generous and have the ability to back up my actions with just rationalism.
